We are filled with joy and gratitude to recount the success of our recent Lion Dance Performance and Lunar New Year Celebration, held on 2 February at St. Margaret Church. Following our 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM Masses, our parish family gathered in a vibrant expression of faith, culture, and communion.
The highlight of our gathering was the traditional roast pig cutting ceremony, graciously led by our beloved Parish Priests celebrating God’s abundant blessings of prosperity, good fortune, and the spirit of togetherness bestowed upon us in the Year of the Snake. The atmosphere was infused with reverence and joy, setting the stage for a captivating Lion Dance performance by our dedicated lion dance team students. Their spirited display not only celebrated the rich cultural heritage of the Lunar New Year but also celebrated the joy of our shared faith and hope.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who contributed their time, talents, and love to make this event a truly memorable and enriching experience. As we embark on this new year, may it be filled with God’s grace, abundant blessings, and a deepened sense of community for all!
