In February 2025, to enhance students’ understanding of the significance and value of participating in international assessments, the Education Bureau (EDB) and the PISA 2025 Project Team from the University of Hong Kong (HKU) jointly organized a Mascot Design Competition themed around Hong Kong’s participation in international assessments.

A total of 139 schools participated, with approximately 800 students joining the competition. The prize presentation ceremony was held on 27 February 2025 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center.

We are proud to announce that Avi Weng from Form 1T won the Championship. She was awarded a $2000 gift voucher, along with a certificate and trophy. Her design will also be featured in various publicity materials to promote international assessments.

Congratulations once again to Avi for her remarkable accomplishment!
