The Hong Kong Junior Age Group Athletics Competition 2025-2, organized by the Tai Po Athletics Association, was held at Wan Chai Sports Ground from 5 to 6 April, 2025.

Samantha Leung of F.3S was the Champion of the U16 Discus Throw event, while Bertha Ackber of F.2A was the Champion of the U16 3000m race.
