One of the stunning winning pieces of the western dance team in the 61st Schools Dance Festival, the Russian Tatar Dance has been nominated by the Education Bureau to represent Hong Kong to participate in the 8th National Arts Showcase for Primary and Middle Schools Students (第8屆全國中小學生藝術展演活動) which was organized by The Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China in April. It was undoubtedly an invaluable opportunity for the western dance team to represent Hong Kong to participate in this captioned cultural exchange event. The team had finally attained First Class Honours (一等獎) which is the highest level of award in the competition. Congratulations to the western dance team!
