The Club Moderators and Officers Training was successfully held on 7th September 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the school hall. The event began with a warm welcome and registration, allowing participants to connect before diving into the program. With teachers and club officers in attendance, there were over 450 participants gathered for this important training session.

The training encompassed several essential topics, including an introduction to extra-curricular activities and the specific duties of club and society moderators and office-bearers, presented by Mrs. M. Iu. Participants learned about the roles of office-bearers and how to organize club activities. Mrs. V. Au Yeung shared insights into creating and managing the school magazine, while Mrs. S. Wong discussed the non-academic scholarship opportunities. Additionally, Ms. G. Ng provided guidance on decorating clubs’ bulletin boards, and Mrs. I. Luk covered financial reporting responsibilities. The session concluded with a focus on managing the school plasma displays, once again led by Mrs. M. Iu.

In addition to the training, Mrs. C. Cheng announced the arrangements for the upcoming Family Fun Day, scheduled for 1st to 2nd March 2025. This announcement provided an opportunity for each club to start preparing in advance, ensuring a successful event for all.
