The 39th New Territories Inter-District Athletics Competition, organised by the New Territories Regional Sports Association, was held at North District Sports Ground on the 19th January 2025.

Kianna Lee of F.4L was the Champion of the Girls Youth Long Jump event, where Janus Chan of F.2L was the 2nd Runner-up of the Girls Juvenile High Jump event and 100m hurdles race. Hazel Lai of F.1T achieved 1st Runner-up in the Girls Juvenile 100m hurdles race and 2nd Runner-up in the 4x100m relay. Moreover, Audrey Li of F.1A and Jodie Yuen of F.1U were the 1st Runner-up of the Girls Juvenile 4x400m relay.
